Mumbai, Oct 28 (PTI) Larsen & Toubro’s data centre business Vyoma AI on Wednesday announced that it has performed a groundbreaking ceremony for a 52 MW facility near Chennai.
The data centre will feature advanced direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology, delivering efficient thermal management, scalability and reliability for hyperscalers, neoclouds and AI innovators, as per an official statement.
