This weekend’s Bigg Boss 19 episode brought an emotional rollercoaster filled with introspection, heartfelt moments and strong reality checks. As always, Salman Khan led the Weekend Ka Vaar with sharp
observations and tough questions, addressing tensions brewing inside the house.
But amid the chaos and conflicts, it was Gaurav Khanna who once again stood out for his composure, clarity and calm guidance, emerging as the true voice of reason inside the Bigg Boss house.

A video that recently surfaced from inside the Bigg Boss 19 house captured a powerful and thought-provoking moment between Gaurav Khanna and Ashnoor Kaur. As the two took a stroll in the garden area, Gaurav was explaining his definition of true leadership.
According to him, leadership is not about dominance or aggression, but about the ability to influence without intimidation.
He explained that a real leader is someone who can speak through his eyes and does not have to raise his voice to make others listen to him. If he raises his voice and shouts, then he is not “commanding” but “demanding” power. He goes on to say, “A leader should never shout.”
After Abhishek Bajaj’s Eviction, Gaurav Reflects with Dignity
The Weekend Ka Vaar episode also featured the unexpected eviction of Abhishek Bajaj, which left several contestants emotional. In a conversation with Pranit More, Gaurav shared his perspective on Abhishek’s exit, acknowledging his contribution to the show.
He admitted that while Abhishek’s departure was difficult, it was a decision made with awareness of the situation. Gaurav said that despite their earlier differences, he respected Abhishek’s journey and choices.
Encouraging Ashnoor Kaur
After the eviction, Gaurav once again took on the role of a mentor and motivator. In an online video clip now making rounds, he was seen speaking to Ashnoor Kaur, offering her advice on how to strengthen her game moving forward.
Encouraging her to rise independently and take charge, he told her that perhaps Abhishek’s eviction was necessary for her growth in the competition.
He said that somehow he felt that his eviction was needed for Ashnoor in order to make her game better. He said to her, “Pull your socks up, as you came to the game alone.”
Emotions Run High as Two Contestants Exit
This week saw a double eviction, with both Abhishek Bajaj and Neelam Giri leaving the Bigg Boss 19 house. Their exit left the atmosphere tense and emotional, as friendships and group dynamics began to shift dramatically.
The remaining contestants — Gaurav Khanna, Malti Chahar, Shehbaz Badesha, Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Ashnoor Kaur, Kunickaa Sadanand, Farrhana Bhatt, Mridul Tiwari and Pranit More now brace themselves for the crucial final stretch of the game.
