After more than two decades of love, companionship, and unwavering commitment, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actors Ashlesha Savant and Sandeep Baswana have finally sealed their relationship with a wedding—one that radiated serenity, warmth, and deep emotional resonance. The couple, long admired in the television industry for their steady and grounded bond, made it official with an intimate ceremony surrounded by close family and friends.
Their newly released wedding photographs, shared on Instagram, immediately set social media abuzz. The pictures capture the couple beaming with unfiltered happiness, dressed in perfectly coordinated pastel pinks. In some frames, they are seen adorned with garlands, their smiles wide and full of gratitude as they embark
on a new chapter.
Ashlesha looked every bit the ethereal bride in a soft blush-pink saree, exquisitely embellished with subtle embroidery and shimmering silver work. Sandeep matched her elegance with an embroidered pastel sherwani paired with a complementing turban, creating a visual harmony that mirrored their long-standing partnership.
Sharing the photos on Instagram, the couple wrote, “And just like that, we stepped into a new chapter as Mr & Mrs… Tradition found its way into our hearts. We are filled with gratitude for all the blessings.”
The post was instantly flooded with love from the television fraternity. Kishwer Merchant commented, “Omg this is amazing ❤️.. congratulations u guys.” Abigail Pande added, “Love, love and ONLY love for you two. Congratulations.” Pulkit Samrat, Disha Parmar, Sriti Jha, Nakuul Mehta, Nidhi Shah, Pooja Banerjee, Supriya Shukla, Mahhi Vij, Sudhanshu Pandey, Muskan Bamne and several others also sent heartfelt wishes to the newlyweds.
A Love Story That Grew Without Force, Only Affection
Back in April 2024, during a conversation with Bombay Times, the couple opened up about how their relationship began during the shoot of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
Sandeep had recalled, “Since her home was far away from the set… she used to spend a few nights at my home during the week. And those few nights became months and we realised that we were happy with each other.”
He added with a laugh, “After a few months of living in, I was scared and wanted to break up. But Ashlesha pointed out how we always had the option to separate if things didn’t work out. Gradually, our bond got stronger and then the thought of separation never crossed our minds.”
What began as logistical convenience turned into years of companionship, mutual respect, and deep emotional understanding—culminating beautifully in the wedding they finally chose to celebrate.
After 21 years, Ashlesha and Sandeep have shown that love doesn’t need timelines; it only needs truth, patience, and two people willing to grow together.
