While performing at the O2 Arena, one fan held up a sign proposing marriage. Katy laughed off the moment before addressing the crowd. She said, “This guy is trying to get me to marry him, and he has a ring in his hand.”

As reported by People, the amusing exchange was captured by a concertgoer and later shared on TikTok. The singer then jokingly turned down the proposal, declaring, “No! I’m dating someone else.”

According to a report by TMZ, Katy and Justin were spotted enjoying a night out at the iconic Crazy Horse cabaret in Paris. As they left the venue, the couple couldn’t stop smiling, walking hand in hand to the delight of fans and paparazzi waiting outside.

Katy Perry Turned Down Fan’s Proposal In London

This isn’t the first time Katy has received a proposal during her show. During her London concert on October 13, the pop star noticed a fan holding a sign and asked, “What does your sign say?” The fan responded, “I heard you’re single?” prompting her to smile and quip, “You heard I was single? That’s interesting,” leaving the crowd in stitches.

When the fan revealed his sign asking Katy to marry him, she jokingly shouted, “I couldn’t read that high up! Are you kidding me? Not today!”

She then playfully referenced the weekend she spent with Justin on a private yacht in Santa Barbara, where she was seen passionately kissing the politician. She said, “You know you really should have asked me about 48 hours ago”.

Katy and Justin’s dating rumours first surfaced in July when they were spotted having dinner together in Montreal.
