About Siddhant, Ishaan and Pooja’s work front
Siddhant was last seen in Dhadak 2 alongside Triptii Dimri, continuing to diversify his portfolio beyond his breakthrough role in Gully Boy. The actor will next be seen in Do Deewane Seher Mein alongside Mrunal Thakur. The film, directed by Ravi Udyawar, is what producers are billing as a contemporary romance with old-school sensibilities.
Ishaan Khatter has been gaining wide acclaim for his performance in Neeraj Ghaywan’s Homebound. Following its world premiere at Cannes, Homebound has been selected as India’s official entry for the 98th Academy Awards. Neeraj Ghaywan’s Homebound follows the story of two childhood friends, Chandan and Shoaib. The film depicts how Chandan and Shoaib aspire to become police officers in the hopes of escaping the deep-seated hostility they suffer in society.
Pooja Hegde was last seen in Retro, which also starred Suriya Sivakumar alongside her. The actress will next be seen opposite Dulquer Salmaan in DQ 41, a tentative title marking the actor’s 41st film. A glimpse from the film’s shoot was shared on Instagram in September, leaving fans buzzing with excitement and eagerly awaiting the project.
