English actor Jonathan Bailey has been named PEOPLE’s 2025 Sexiest Man Alive. The internet went crazy when the charismatic actor made an appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show to show off his steamy

covers. In addition to sending congratulations, Bailey’s ‘Wicked’ co-stars went a step ahead after he was awarded PEOPLE’s coveted title. The cast wore T-shirts and sweatshirts featuring Bailey’s cover photos on them in a celebratory video posted by the movie’s official X account.

Bailey, 37, is known for portraying a variety of roles in films and theatre. Prior to making his big-screen debut in Wicked (2024), co-starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, and Jurassic World: Rebirth (2025), he had top billing in the popular television shows ‘Bridgerton’ and ‘Fellow Travellers.’

The musical drama’s official X (formerly Twitter) account posted a video of Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Ethan Slater, Bowen Yang, Jeff Goldblum, Marissa Bode, and Jon M Chu all wearing sweaters or T-shirts with Bailey’s pictures on them as they celebrated his victory.

Cynthia Erivo led the group in a heartfelt tribute. Erivo commented, YEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!! Now the world knows what I’ve known all along 😏 I LOVE YOU! CONGRATULATIONS!!!” and expressed her love for Bailey.

Amidst the more light-hearted moments, pop sensation Ariana Grande, Bailey’s long-time friend and Wicked co-star, made a joke about how she would “wear this T-shirt all the time.” She and the other members of the cast can be seen grinning in the video as Bailey’s photo-collage shirts circulate.
