Bollywood’s biggest star turned 60 — but Shashi Tharoor is not buying it. The Congress MP and internet’s favourite wordsmith posted a birthday message for Shah Rukh Khan that has fans laughing out loud.
Calling SRK the “ultimate King of Bollywood”, Tharoor claimed that the actor shows no real signs of hitting 60 and must therefore be part of a “classified global operation of reverse ageing”.
Sharing his “investigation findings”, Tharoor wrote, “I have to admit, I’m finding this ’60’ number deeply suspicious. A crack team of independent fact-checkers and forensic detectives investigated this ’60’ claim & concluded: ‘In the complete and absolute absence of any discernible visual evidence—specifically, no non-photoshopped grey hair, no undeniable signs of slowing down, and a persistent appearance of someone significantly younger—the claim that Shah Rukh Khan is turning 60 cannot be factually confirmed.'”
Tharoor then joked that SRK could secretly be starring in the longest-running adaptation of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. “I suspect the official story is a cover-up & that SRK is actually starring in a real-life, decades-long, global-scale Bollywood adaptation of ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.’ He’s ageing in reverse,” he added.
He even backed his theory with “evidence,” insisting that Shah Rukh Khan’s energy levels today seem higher than they were two decades ago, his hair somehow keeps getting younger every year, and there are still no visible wrinkles that a skilled lighting crew can’t magically eliminate — making the whole “60 years old” claim look highly suspicious.
Ending on a heartfelt note, Tharoor added, “Congratulations on this unbelievable milestone, Shah Rukh! Please keep defying physics and biology, & confusing us all for many years to come.”
Happy 60th Birthday to the ultimate King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan @iamsrk !

Recently, Shashi Tharoor took out some time to review Aryan Khan’s series, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, calling it an “absolute OTT Gold”.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the politician shared that he was not well for the past few days, and then his sister, Smita Tharoor, suggested he watch the series, which left him completely impressed. He wrote, “I’ve had a cold and cough for two days and had to cancel engagements. My team and my sister, @smitatharoor, got me to spend some time away from the computer watching a @NetflixIndia series, and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself: absolute #OTT GOLD!”
Meanwhile, Bollywood’s Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan, celebrated his 60th birthday in the company of his loved ones at his residence in Alibaug.
