Tesla CEO and billionaire Elon Musk was seen attending a dinner at the White House on Tuesday night, where President Donald Trump was hosting Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Musk’s attendance could
be a sign of reconciliation in a turbulent relationship between the Tesla and the US President.
“We have the biggest business leaders in the world,” President Donald Trump said at the dinner.

Trump is hosting the Saudi de facto ruler as the latter seeks to rehabilitate his global image and deepen ties with Washington.
What attracted everybody’s attention was Musk’s presence, his first public visit to the White House since his feud with President Trump exploded in June. The dispute between the two men began as Congress began working on the “Big Beautiful Bill,” a sprawling fiscal package at the centerpiece of Trump’s domestic agenda.
The Tesla CEO publicly criticised the bill and its impact on the national debt. Following the bill’s passage in July, Musk floated the idea of forming a third party called the “America Party.”
But that party failed to materialise, and in recent weeks, Musk has largely toned down his criticism of the administration.
Musk and Trump have rarely come together publicly since. Musk was last spotted shaking hands with Trump at a memorial for conservative activist Charlie Kirk in September.
