Rasha Thadani’s Spiritual Journey
Rasha and her mother, seasoned actress Raveena Tandon, earlier embarked on a broader spiritual journey that aligns with this elegant and tranquil outing. The mother-daughter duo fulfilled a long-standing commitment to visit all 12 holy sites by completing their journey to the 12th and final Nageshwar Jyotirlinga temple in Gujarat.
Rasha said in an interview that the black threads, or kala dhagas, she wears are from the Jyotirlingas she has visited. Rasha also revealed that, at the age of 19, she had already been to 11 Jyotirlingas, or shrines honouring Lord Shiva. She only wanted to visit the 12th one this year.
She eventually fulfilled her wish of visiting the 12th Jyotirling, two weeks after her debut film ‘Azaad’ hit the theatres. “Nageshwar, my 12th Jyotirling, and Dwarkadhish. Feeling blessed and thankful. Har Har Mahadev,” Rasha wrote in the caption.

Rasha Thadani on the Work Front
Rasha Thadani made her Bollywood debut as Janaki Bahadur in the 2025 film ‘Azaad,’ co-starring with Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgan. where the song “Uyi Amma” won her applause. By choosing a movie with a historical and dramatic plot, she avoided a flashy “glam debut” and expressed her desire to be acknowledged as an actress rather than as a star-kid.
Beyond acting, Rasha is also cultivating a multi-faceted artistic persona: she’s trained in music (through a reputed academy), practices martial arts (holds a black belt in Taekwondo), and pursues wildlife photography — interests that suggest she aims for versatility rather than being pigeonholed as a typical debutante.
