Anshula Kapoor’s engagement ceremony with Rohan Thakkar was no less than a grand, star-studded affair with family members in attendance. Among the Kapoor Family stars, Anshula’s cousin Shanaya Kapoor charmed everyone with her glamorous presence at the ceremony.
The Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan actress was spotted leaving the ceremony in her car and waved at the paparazzi before heading out.

Anshula Kapoor and Rohan Thakkar’s Engagement
On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, Anshula Kapoor and Rohan Thakkar’s engagement ceremony took place in Boney Kapoor’s Bandra residence. Several Kapoor family members, including Anshula’s brother Arjun Kapoor, cousins Sonam Kapoor and Shanaya Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor, among others, were seen gracing the ceremony.
After three years of dating, Rohan Thakkar proposed to Anshula earlier this year. Sharing the news with her fans, Anshula took to Instagram and wrote, “We met on an app. Started talking on a random Tuesday at 1.15 AM. We spoke until 6 am that morning. And somehow, even back then, it felt like the beginning of something that mattered.”
Sharing the details of the proposal she wrote, “3 years later, in my favourite city, in front of the castle in Central Park, he proposed! At exactly 1.15 AM India time! And somehow the world paused just long enough for the moment to feel like magic. Just the quiet kind of love that feels like home. I’ve never been the girl who believed in fairy tales… but what @rohanthakkar1511 gave me that day was better. Because it was intentional. Thoughtful. Real. Us. I said yes.”

Shanaya Kapoor on the Work Front
Shanaya made her much-awaited debut in Santosh Singh’s Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan opposite Vikrant Massay earlier this year, where she played the role of Saba, a visually impaired actress who falls in love with another visually impaired musician named Jahaan. Up next the actress will be making her South debut in the period fantasy film Vrusshabha alongside Mohanlal, Samarjit Lankesh and Neha Saxena, among others. The film is set to hit the theatres on October 16.
