Following her blitz against the Gujarat Giants, Radha Yadav grabbed the 18th position on the top-scorer chart of the WPL. Yadav (66 off 47 balls) and Ghosh (44 off 28) combined for 105 runs for the fifth wicket, rebuilding the innings and then accelerating at the right time.
Meanwhile, Harmanpreet Kaur, the Mumbai Indians skipper, remains the highest run-getter of the season so far. The 36-year-old cricketer from Moga has 181 runs to her credit in the WPL this year. DC’s Lizelle Lee stands second with 163 runs, while Phoebie Litchfield is third on the list.
