Team India batter Ishan Kishan produced a brilliant 76-run knock off just 32 deliveries against New Zealand in the second T20I between the sides at Raipur on Friday, as the men in blue go in search of the 209-run
target.
Fans of the men in blue took to social media to hail the southpaw’s knock, which included eleven 4s and four maximums in an impactful innings.
One user said, “Ishan Kishan is going all guns blazing here. He has taken the attack to the opposition with his great counterattacking strokeplay. He is fearless, audacious, ruthless in whatever he do. Chasing a target of 200+ with an early wicket down & to go from ball 1, one has to be daring. This is turning out to be some return to international cricket for the pocket size dynamo. Keep going bro”

One user shared, “Ishan Kishan used to have avg in mid 20s & strike rate in mid 120s when he was dropped from T2OI setup & we all wanted him out. But this version of Ishan Kishan is much improved, in ODIs Ishan was always good but this T2OI game is now”
