Bigg Boss 19: Abhishek Bajaj And Awez Darbar Clash During Captaincy Task, Amaal Mallik Steps In

Bigg Boss 19 has been keeping fans on the edge of their seats with intense drama, and Day 26 took it up a notch. The September 18 episode was a rollercoaster, featuring a fiery captaincy task, a shocking clash between Abhishek Bajaj and Awez Darbar, and even arguments over food. Viewers were treated to a mix of chaos, comedy, and strategy all in a single episode.

The episode opened with the ongoing team-based captaincy task, in which contestants had to collect gold biscuits falling from a ship and fill their bags. The team that gathered the most biscuits would determine the next captain. Music composer Amaal Mallik was appointed as the operator, keeping a close watch on all contestants to ensure a fair game.

Right in the beginning, Amaal reminded

the housemates, “All the girls are playing well, but they cannot hide the gold biscuits inside their clothes. If any boy tries to take them by force, it will be considered inappropriate or as a case of bad touch.”

The house was divided into two teams. Team A consisted of Tanya Mittal, Shehbaz Badesha, Neelam Giri, Ashnoor Kaur, Abhishek Bajaj, Zeishan Khan, and Mridul Madhok, while Team B included Baseer Ali, Awez Darbar, Kunickaa Sadanand, Farhaana Bhatt, Pranit More, Nehal Chudasama, and Gaurav Khanna. As per the rules, only three contestants from each team were allowed to participate at a time.

Abhishek vs Awez

Things turned heated when Abhishek tried to snatch biscuits from Kunickaa, but Awez, who was from the opposite team, stepped in to block him. This led to a loud argument between the two and even a physical clash. Amaal immediately intervened, trying to stop them. Abhishek, however, wasn’t ready to back down and snapped, “Main apni marzi se rukunga (I’ll stop on my own will).” Amaal warned him firmly, saying, “Mere saath mat bhid (Do not clash with me).”

Later, when Zeishan joined the game in place of Neelam, more verbal spats broke out. Amaal teased Gaurav to participate more in the task, but Gaurav calmly replied, “Bhai, achha khel rahe hain ye, humein zarurat nahi hai, hamara ek hi bahut hai. It’s not about the player every time, it’s about the team (They’re playing well, we don’t need to intervene, one player is enough).”

In the end, Amaal counted the biscuits and announced Team A as the winners. Bigg Boss congratulated them, confirming that the next captain would be chosen from their group.

Fight Over Chicken

Amaal and Abhishek later argued over food. Abhishek had saved extra chicken pieces for the next day, and he had an explanation for it. Abhishek argued that he doesn’t eat non-veg on Tuesdays and therefore, wanted to keep his portion for the next day. But Amaal did not like his approach and asked him to return, as Kunickaa and others had not received any. This led to another heated exchange between the two, resulting in a fight.

Fashion Icon And Captaincy Review

Then came the next day, which kicked off with Flipkart awarding Gaurav, Nehal and Ashnoor as fashion icons. Gaurav bagged the Flipkart Fashion Icon title and vouchers worth Rs 2.5 lakh. Later, during the captaincy review, Bigg Boss asked contestants to evaluate Amaal Mallik’s leadership throughout the week. Many called him aggressive, though Baseer and Nehal praised him for owning up to his mistakes. Eventually, 11 housemates ‘liked’ his captaincy, giving him the chance to defend it.

In the coming episode, Amaal, along with Team A, will be seen fighting for captaincy this week.
