Kareena Kapoor Khan is always a fashionista, and she was recently spotted channelling Geet (from Jab We Met), or at least the older, more mature version of her character, while attending an event in Mumbai that championed sustainable living. She looked elegant and chic in an ivory off-the-runway look from a homegrown brand that also believes in the ethos of living one with nature.
The actor, who attended the Conscious Collective 2025 by the Godrej Enterprises Group, shared a few photos from the event. Kareena Kapoor captioned her post, “There’s something beautiful about being in a space where design meets responsibility. @godrejdesignlab Conscious Collective brought together creators who care, about craft, community, and the planet. Left feeling
inspired, moved, and full of hope for the future (sic).”

This was the third edition of Conscious Collective, and the theme was Reclaiming Cool: Beating the Heat Together. It brings together architects, policymakers, entrepreneurs and conservationists from India and around the world to partake in conversations, showcase installations and conduct workshops on design that is focused on heat-resilient design, sustainable living and climate action.
Kareena Kapoor wore an ivory checkered blouse by the brand SWGT. It has a ruffled neckline and was made with mulberry silk. This is the highest quality silk that is produced by the Bombyx mori silkworm, as they exclusively eat mulberry leaves. The silk they produce is known for its pure white colour.
SWGT is known for their modern take on nomadic expressions, and its traditional weaves mimic the terrains of the Himalayas.
Kareena Kapoor paired the billowy, unstructured blouse with a pair of linen pants that had pops of blue floral motifs. She wore a matching long, open-front jacket that had a handwoven Chanderi overlay on it with appliqué embroidery. This entire outfit the 45-year-old actor wore was part of SWGT’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, which they debuted in November.
The actor was styled by stylist Divyak D’Souza, who further explained the look on his social media. He wrote, “This beautiful look from @s.w.g.t is crafted in Mulberry silk from West Bengal, Chanderi from Madhya Pradesh, with appliqué handcrafted by an all-women collective in Uttar Pradesh. One look, many hands, all heart.”
To round off this look, Kareena Kapoor wore nude pumps and a delicate gold chain. For her glam, the actor tends to like her glossy pink lips with a hint of brown on her eyes. Kareena’s makeup artist, Tanvi Chemburkar, chose to highlight and elongate her eyelashes while opting for a smudged, barely noticeable brown baby winged eyeliner.
She was photographed by Vijit Gupta, and her shoulder-length hair was styled by Mitesh Rajani.
