Chandigarh, Jun 11 (PTI) Technology solutions company Publicis Sapient on Thursday announced the launch of an AI-enabled platform to automate operations and enhance efficiency for enterprises.
The new platform, Sapient Sustain, will help enterprises manage increasingly complex IT environments and improve operational efficiency through the use of agentic AI, the company said in a statement.
According to the company, the platform can help organisations reduce IT operational costs by up to 45 per cent while improving mean time to resolution (MTTR) by up to eight times, enabling many issues to be resolved on the same day.
