Inside the cabin, Honda has added a larger 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The sedan also gets ventilated front seats, ambient lighting and a 360-degree camera, features that were missing earlier and have now been added to strengthen the City’s appeal against rivals.
On the safety front, the sedan continues to offer Honda Sensing, the brand’s Level 2 ADAS suite, along with six airbags as standard. The addition of the 360-degree camera further enhances the safety package.
Under the hood, the City continues with the 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine paired with either a manual gearbox or a CVT automatic transmission. Honda is also continuing with the e:HEV strong hybrid version, which remains the only strong hybrid offering in the midsize sedan segment.
The company claims the hybrid version delivers a fuel efficiency of 27.26 kmpl.
Honda has also introduced a new black exterior shade for the City, adding a sportier look to the sedan’s overall design.
