Bollywood’s He-Man and veteran actor Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89, and his last rites were concluded at the Pawan Hans Crematorium. Dharmendra passed away just a few days before his 90th birthday on December 8, and the videos of the family members leaving the crematorium after finishing the final rites of the actor have surfaced on social media.
In one of the videos, Dharmendra’s wife Hema Malini was seen leaving the crematorium with her daughter Esha Deol. Visibly emotional from the loss, Esha and Hema were seen acknowledging paparazzi with folded hands as they gestured to them to stay a little away while the camerapersons were recording them as they sat inside the car.

Dharmedra’s Funeral
Dharmendra’s funeral was performed in a hush-hush manner soon after the news broke. The funeral was attended by several Bollywood actors, including Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, among others.
Dharmendra’s Death
Dharmendra, fondly known as the ‘He-Man of Bollywood’, passed away on Monday. The veteran star breathed his last on November 24, 2025, just days after being discharged from Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital, where he had been admitted for a routine checkup. The actor had complained of breathlessness but was deemed stable enough to continue recovery at home. However, his condition deteriorated unexpectedly on Monday morning, leading to his demise.
Dharmendra had been facing age-related health challenges for some time, with periodic hospital visits in recent months. The actor had been discharged from Breach Candy Hospital on November 12 after medical observation and had returned home to continue his recovery.
His last rites were performed by his eldest son, Sunny Deol, at the Pawan Hans Crematorium in Vile Parle, Mumbai. Senior actors Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan were among the first to reach the crematorium, where crowds gathered for a final farewell. Soon after, Salman Khan, currently juggling Bigg Boss 19 and the shoot of Battle of Galwan, also arrived to pay his last respects to the beloved star. Later visuals of others, including Sanjay Dutt, Shabana Azmi, Deepika Padukone, and Ranveer Singh reaching the crematorium, also surfaced.
Dharmendra remains one of Hindi cinema’s most iconic and beloved stars, remembered for unforgettable performances in films such as Sholay, Chupke Chupke, Dream Girl, Dharam Veer, and Mera Gaon Mera Desh.
