Taylor Swift is back from her mini-hiatus and has been making her presence felt in New York City, as she was spotted in two back-to-back glamorous appearances. While her desi fans are sweltering in the
heat or dealing with the unseasonal rain, the singer-songwriter made a case for winter fashion.
Here’s how the singer
A monochromatic look for the books
For her first look, The Life Of A Showgirl singer leaned into the fall vibes as she wore the colour of the season – head-to-toe brown. She was seen heading into Chez Margaux in New York City on Thursday. Her monochromatic look consisted of a cashmere turtleneck dress, an oversized leather bomber jacket and suede knee-high Manolo Blahnik boots.
She also brought back many memories for millennials as she was seen with her blonde hair in a fishtail braid, an easy yet almost forgotten art form. Taylor completed the look with gold hoop earrings and a Louis Vuitton watch. But what caught many eyeballs was the camera bag from French luxury brand Louis Vuitton, which originally retails for $3,450 (₹3,05,717).
The love for the colour black is forever
During her second outing on Monday night, Taylor Swift wore another monochromatic look in black. She was papped alongside long-time bestie, model Gigi Hadid, as the two headed to exclusive club Zero Bond in New York City. However, this time she opted to wear a checked mini skirt, oversized long black sweater and a black Auter Italian wool peacoat.
Adding a dash of little something to her look, Taylor paired knee-high brown snakeskin boots by designer Stella McCartney and carried the matching Snake Effect shoulder bag as well. This time around, she opted to leave her long blonde hair open and styled this outfit with gold jewellery, while she flaunted her custom engagement ring from fiancé, NFL footballer Travis Kelce. The couple announced their engagement on August 26.
In her professional life, Taylor is topping the Billboard 200 chart with her new album The Life of a Showgirl. Her song The Fate of Ophelia is also ranking high on the Billboard Hot 100, and both have been reigning at the top for four weeks in a row.
