Pratapgarh (UP), Apr 27 (PTI) Twenty-one devotees, including children, were injured when their pick-up truck overturned trying to avoid hitting a cow on the Kunda-Haudeshwar Nath road here on Monday, police said.
Additional Superintendent of Police (west) Brijnandan Rai said that villagers from Panah Nagar Barai had travelled to the Haudeshwar Nath Dham on a pick-up truck from the residence of Ram Baran Patel to offer ‘Nishan’ (religious banners).
While returning, the vehicle overturned near Mauli village, as the driver attempted to avoid hitting a cow.
The incident left 21 devotees injured, and they were rushed to a Community Health Centre in Kunda for treatment. After administering first aid to some of the injured, doctors referred the four critically
