Juniper, Park Medi, Innovatiview: Three IPOs From Delhi-NCR To Raise Rs 6,200 Crore In December

The IPO market is set for an active close to the year, with 217 companies launching their initial public offerings so far this year. Of the total, 93 were in the mainboard category. More IPOs are lined

up for the next month. Among others, three companies from Delhi-NCR are going to hit the primary market in December 2025.

Renewable energy player Juniper Green Energy Limited, hospital chain Park Medi World Limited, and examination security solutions provider Innovatiview India Limited have all secured Sebi approvals and are preparing for their market debuts next month. Together, these offerings are expected to mobilise over Rs 6,200 crore.

Juniper Green Energy: Rs 3,000-Crore Fresh Issue

Juniper Green Energy Limited, a major renewable independent power producer, is set to hit the market with a Rs 3,000-crore IPO, entirely a fresh issue of shares. The company filed its draft red herring prospectus on June 27, 2025 and received Sebi’s nod on August 28, 2025. The DRHP is available on the Sebi website.

Juniper Green is among the top 10 renewable IPPs in India based on total capacity as of December 31, 2024. Its portfolio spans operational, contracted, under-construction and awarded solar and wind projects. The company commissioned its first 100 MW (144.97 MWp) solar project in March 2020 and has rapidly expanded to a total capacity of 7,898.45 MW (10,069.58 MWp) as of May 31, 2025.

Along with solar and wind assets, Juniper Green has been building expertise in complex renewable projects including wind-solar hybrid (WSH), flexible and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) and battery energy storage systems (BESS). It is ranked as the second-largest bidder in WSH and FDRE tenders between April 2021 and December 2024 and has achieved a 100% conversion rate for tenders won during this period.

Park Medi World: Rs 1,260-Crore Issue Backed by Expansion Across North India

Healthcare chain Park Medi World Limited is preparing a Rs 1,260-crore IPO, comprising a Rs 960-crore fresh issue and a Rs 300-crore offer for sale. The company filed its DRHP on March 28, 2025 and received Sebi approval on August 14, 2025. The prospectus is available through the company’s investor relations portal.

Park Medi World is the second-largest private hospital chain in North India, with a bed capacity of 3,000 beds across 13 NABH-accredited multi-super-specialty hospitals, according to a Crisil report. It is also the largest private hospital chain in Haryana, with 1,600 beds across multiple cities, including Gurugram, Karnal, Panipat, Palam Vihar, Sonipat and Faridabad.

Founded in 2011, the chain has expanded through both organic growth and acquisitions. Its bed capacity has increased from 1,875 beds in April 2021 to 3,000 beds by September 2024. The network includes 805 ICU beds, 63 operation theatres and two dedicated cancer units, serving Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab.

Innovatiview India: Rs 2,000-Crore OFS from Examination Security Company

Innovatiview India Limited, a technology-led security and surveillance provider, plans to raise Rs 2,000 crore entirely through an offer for sale. The company filed its DRHP on February 13, 2025 and received Sebi clearance around August 27, 2025. Its documents are available on the Sebi website.

Innovatiview is India’s largest player in examination integrated security, accounting for 73.7% market share in FY24 revenue terms. The company provides a comprehensive suite of solutions, including CCTV surveillance with AI integration, touchless biometric verification for impersonation control, GPS-based tracking, VoIP communication systems, frisking infrastructure and dedicated exam-specific security equipment.

In the six months to September 30, 2024, the company served over 72 clients and secured 1,409 examinations across the country. Its offerings also support large-scale events and elections, making it a critical solutions provider for high-risk, high-volume security environments.
