Jul 25 (PTI) An entire wall, balcony window and protective grill of a second-floor flat in a two-storied row house collapsed in Koparkhairane area on Saturday, an official from the Disaster Management Cell of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) said.
No casualties were reported in the incident, he said.
The incident occurred at Surya Residency Row House in Sector 1. The living room wall, along with the adjoining balcony window and grill structure, suddenly gave way and collapsed to the ground.
Civic authorities instructed occupants of all three residential units in the structure to evacuate the premises immediately.
