The State Health Society, Bihar (SHSB) has released the Bihar ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwives) Result 2026. The results are available in PDF format on the SHSB’s official website, shs.bihar.gov.in. The PDF contains the roll numbers of those shortlisted for the next stage.
There are 5,006 Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) positions available in this recruitment. After the written examination, selected candidates will proceed to document verification. ANMs will be appointed at Primary Health Centres/Additional Primary Health Centres under the National Urban Health Programme under the National Health Mission, Urban Primary Health Centres under the National Urban Health Programme, and all health sub-centres in the state. Selected candidates will receive
a monthly salary of Rs 15,000.

– A PDF file will open upon clicking the link.
– Press Ctrl + F to search for your roll number or type Name/Roll Number.
– Download and save the result.
Bihar ANM Result: Category-wise Cutoff Marks
The category-wise cutoff marks released by SHSB are as follows:
– Unreserved (UR): 43.96
– Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 37.21
– Scheduled Caste (SC): 35.62
– Scheduled Tribe (ST): 36.03
– Extremely Backward Class (EBC): 40.15
– Backward Class (BC): 43.13
– Women Backward Class (WBC): 41.94
Only candidates scoring above the cutoff will proceed to the next stage.
What’s Next?
Document verification will occur between January 27, 2026, and February 3, 2026, at the State Institute of Health and Family Welfare (SIHFW), Sheikhpura, Patna. Candidates should arrive on time with all required documents. Candidates should carefully read the official notification before attending document verification.
This Bihar ANM answer key was released on December 26, 2025. The exam was held on December 17, 18, and 19, 2025. The download link was activated until December 28, 2025, at 11:55 pm. Students were allowed to submit an objection between December 26 to 28. According to the marking scheme, one mark is awarded for each correct answer. There is no negative marking.
