India’s first sneaker-led cultural festival, SNKRHOOD, is built at the intersection of sneakers, streetwear, fashion, music, art, food, and community. Conceived as a culture-forward, creator-driven movement, the shoes festival celebrates homegrown creativity, emerging voices, and unapologetic self-expression, reimagining global street culture through a distinctly Indian lens.
This marks SNKRHOOD’s debut edition and will be a celebration of indie culture, fashion, sneakers, and raw street energy. With plans for future festivals, each new edition will introduce a new cultural theme. Notably, this will be the first time in India that such a wide spectrum of sneaker brands comes together under one roof, and each will be offering something unique,
exclusive, and community-led at the festival.
The brands participating in the festival include Comet, VegNonVeg, Superkicks, Wrogn, Lotto, Mallé, Wolfsbane, Fourgigr, HUEMN, Farak, Gully Labs, among others.
The festival is curated by Suhana Sethi, a renowned sneaker and fashion creator, driven by a vision to give back to the culture and community. At its core, SNKRHOOD is a creator-led platform fostering authenticity, trust, and genuine cultural connection.
Suhana Sethi, Curator & Co-Founder, SNKRHOOD, says, “Having been part of the sneaker and streetwear industry for years, I always felt that India needed a platform that was truly made in India – one that uplifts homegrown brands while also bringing global brands closer to the Indian community. Today, we’re at a point where the culture has grown, evolved, and earned its own space. SNKRHOOD is our vision to build a culture-driven community and become one of the key culture drivers in India. Delhi is just the beginning.”
Pranav Kumar, Co-Founder, SNKRHOOD & WITxp, adds: “Sneakers have never been just footwear for me – they’ve been a language. A way of creative expression and engaging with culture. Over the last 18 years of building and producing large-scale live experiences, one truth stands out clearly: culture only becomes powerful when people step inside it, not when they watch it from the sidelines. SNKRHOOD is born from that belief. It’s the beginning of something larger – a culture-led movement designed as a live experience, one that puts Indian sneaker culture on the global map and grows with the community that shapes it.”
The highlights of the festival include boundary-pushing fashion and streetwear labels, sneaker drops and brand-led experiential zones, hype bazaars featuring chai tapri-meets-matcha concepts, flower hair art, perfumery, accessories, and indie finds; sneaker customisation workshops by Courtside; immersive art installations and visual worlds; creative labs and hands-on culture zones; exclusive block parties and community-led experiences; and curated food and beverage spaces designed as social hubs.
There will also be live performances by musicians and artists & DJs, including Rebel, Prabhdeep, Sickflip, Lush Lata, DJ Nash, and DJ Gndhi.
