SSC CGL 2025 Result: Tier 1 Merit List Soon At at ssc.gov.in; How To Check?

SSC CGL 2025 Result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 result soon on the official website at ssc.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be

able to download the result PDF, which will feature their name, roll number, category and marks. The Commission will also declare the Tier 1 cut-off along with the result.

The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was conducted between September 12 and 26, 2025, across various centres in the country. SSC had released the answer key earlier and closed the objection window on October 21, 2025. The Commission also issued the exam city intimation slip on September 3. Candidates qualifying Tier 1 will be eligible to appear for Tier 2, for which the admit card will be released a few days before the examination.

To download the Tier 1 result, candidates need to:

Step 2: Click on the Result tab available on the homepage

Step 3: Search and open the SSC CGL Result 2025 Tier 1 link

Step 4: The PDF will appear on the screen

Step 5: Use Ctrl+F to check your name or roll number

Step 6: Download and print the result for future reference

SSC CGL Vacancies And Posts

This year, SSC has announced 14,582 vacancies for various Group B and Group C posts under CGL 2025. Candidates will later have to submit their preference order based on the vacancies available for their category and desired post.

Salary Bracket

Selected candidates will receive pay depending on the post and grade level:

Pay Level-4 & 5: Rs 29,200–92,300
Pay Level-6: Rs 35,400–1,12,400
Pay Level-7: Rs 44,900–1,42,400
Pay Level-8: Rs 47,600–1,51,100
