Amaal Mallik's Team Slams Kamya Punjabi, Asks 'Have You Just Started Watching Bigg Boss?'

Amaal Mallik’s team has slammed Kamya Punjabi after the television actress recently called out the music composer for touching Abhishek Bajaj during a task in Bigg Boss 19. Calling Amaal’s actions “wrong”, Kamya posted on X, “Well What Amaal did was absolutely wrong. It was not required n uncalled for…And so was Baseer.”

Amaal’s team reacted to Kamya’s post and wrote, “Okay, but we couldn’t find your tweet for Abhishek when he was troubling Amaal while he was sick and resting or when he used extensive force to lift Farhana up during tasks or all the other times when Abhishek had reacted violently. Previously, Gauahar Khan also condemned Amaal Mallik’s actions, calling it a clear case of physical provocation. “How dare someone touch another person’s face???? Almost squeezing lips??? What is going on? Provocation through touch is physicality. Isn’t that clear???? Call Amaal out or let everyone act like animals and hit each other,” she wrote.

Gauahar further added, “Kahaan likha hai ke kisi ke body ko allowed hai touch karna in any form. Ab kaun charge kiya forehead touch karne???? Ab bhi provocative nahi tha???”

What Exactly Happened?

The heated moment unfolded when Amaal aggressively offered a pani puri to Abhishek, taunting, “Ghar ka saara gand khaata hai, yeh bhi khaale.” (He consumes all the mess in the house; he might as well eat this too.) A visibly angry Abhishek responded, “Mooh pe haath kyun lagaya?” (Why did you touch my face?) before shoving Amaal in frustration. Baseer Ali then intervened, yelling, “Dhakka kya maar raha hai usko? Jaakar udhar baith, bewakoof.”

The incident has since divided fans while some blame Amaal for instigating physical contact, others believe Abhishek’s reaction crossed the line.
