After Labubus, the Internet has now found its new obsession – Hirono, Pop Mart’s rising star figurine. All thanks to BTS member V, aka Kim Taehyung, who turned the collectable into a new accessory that fans are obsessing over. The frenzy began when the K-pop idol was spotted at the airport carrying a Hirono keychain, instead of a Labubu, while departing for Paris Fashion Week.
On October 4, Taehyung, dressed in an oversized checkered shirt paired with denim jeans and a loose tie, looked handsome as usual. But the fans were attracted to the accessory he attached to his brown leather bag. They immediately took notice of it and flooded social media with photos of the collectible. Within hours after V was spotted with the keychain, Hirono figurines
sold out on Pop Mart’s official Chinese website, and Korean stocks vanished just as quickly.

Hirono Will Be Available In Korea For A Limited Time Period
According to a report by Korea Economic Daily, CJ OnStyle will exclusively offer Hirono products in Korea during a special collaboration with Pop Mart, which is scheduled to run from October 17 to 26 as part of their “Come On Style” event. The buzz around Hirono hasn’t gone unnoticed internationally. Major media outlets, including Forbes, are calling Hirono the next “Labubu”.
When BTS V Turned Pistachio Croissant Into Most Talked-About Food
Leave it to BTS to turn anything and everything into a craze. Besides making Hirono the internet’s latest obsession, V also caught the attention of the internet just recently for savouring a pistachio croissant. While he was in Paris to attend the Celine Spring/Summer 2026 show on October 5, the singer decided to buy some pistachio desserts on his way to the event.
Dressed head-to-toe in Celine, the short clips showed him enjoying the sweet dish, which has since gone viral, turning the humble pistachio croissant into one of the most talked-about foods.
The small dessert shop in Paris, from where he brought the croissant, felt the buzz of his presence. After the singer’s visit, the sales for the pistachio croissant skyrocketed. The owner of the shop, called La Pistacherie, even thanked the BTS star publicly for boosting his business.
What’s Next For BTS’ V?
Taehyung, along with his bandmates, is busy working on their upcoming album, which would be their first new release since the completion of their respective military services. The album is slated for release sometime in the first half of 2026. Following the release, BTS is also said to be kicking off their highly anticipated world tour.
