Groww Parent Billionbrains PAT Jumps 14% YoY To Rs 2,083 Crore In FY26

Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited, the parent company of Groww, reported a strong financial performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company posted consolidated revenue of around Rs 4,645 crore, up from Rs 3,902 crore in the previous year, reflecting steady growth in its fintech operations.

Profit after tax (PAT) rose 14% YoY to around Rs 2,083 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,824 crore in FY25, indicating improved profitability. On a quarterly basis, the company reported PAT of about Rs 686 crore, showing continued momentum in earnings.

The company’s total income for the year stood at Rs 48,158.76 million, while expenses increased to Rs 19,919.94 million, largely driven by higher employee costs and operational expansion. Despite

rising costs, margins remained healthy due to strong revenue growth.

Audit and Compliance Update

The company’s financial results were audited by B S R & Co. LLP, which issued an unmodified opinion, confirming that the financial statements present a true and fair view of the company’s performance.

Board Decisions and Leadership Changes

The board approved the appointment of M/s Nilesh Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years starting FY27, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, nominee director Ashish Agrawal resigned from the board effective April 20, 2026. The company acknowledged his contributions during his tenure.

IPO and Growth Strategy

The company completed its IPO in November 2025, raising over Rs 10,600 million. A portion of these funds has been deployed toward cloud infrastructure, marketing, and investments in subsidiaries, while a significant amount remains unutilised for future expansion.
