Kapil Sharma’s highly anticipated sequel, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, failed to generate considerable hype at the box office. Despite anticipation of positive earnings fuelled by the comedian’s popularity and the ensemble cast, the film faced stiff competition and had an unimpressive debut. But now Kapil Sharma fans and others who missed the film in theatres can catch it on screen at home.

The film has finally started streaming on OTT from February 6. Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is available on JioHotstar for all subscribed members. Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2— Storyline

Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 centres on Mohan Sharma, who is hopelessly in love with Saniya. However, their families oppose their interfaith relationship. In a bid to marry Saniya, Mohan converts to Islam. Soon, his life spirals into chaos when he meets three other women, Roohi, Meera, and Jenny. With each marriage, Mohan changes his religion, leading to a series of comedic and complicated situations.

Meanwhile, recently Parul Gulati spoke about her experience on set. She told Hindustan Times, “It was a big ensemble, and everyone was doing their own thing. But for me, asking him that one question felt like the first real conversation I had with him.” Parul added that Kapil’s sense of humour continues even when the cameras stop running. She said that he’s funny in specific situations. He finds jokes and then laughs at them himself, and his laugh is so contagious that others end up laughing as well.

Due to stiff competition, the film managed to earn only around Rs 16 crore worldwide. While a re-release was initially planned for January 2026, it has since been put on hold owing to screen allocation concerns.
