Body pain is something many people deal with, whether it is from long hours at work, heavy workouts, or daily tasks that strain the body. Most of us reach for balms or painkillers, but these do not always
work immediately, and the relief can be slow.
A recent video shared by The Anatomy of Therapy shows simple exercises that can ease different types of body pain. These moves can be done at home or indoors and do not require any equipment. They are meant to loosen stiff muscles and offer quick comfort to both men and women.

Exercises That Give Quick Relief
- The video begins with a move for the trapezius muscles, which sit between the neck and shoulders. People with desk jobs or stress often feel tightness here. To ease this pain, stand close to a wall and twist your upper body so your shoulder gently pushes toward it. Repeat the move 10–15 times. This helps the neck and shoulders relax and move better.
- Next is an exercise for the rotator cuff, which often hurts after sports or heavy workouts. Stand near a firm surface and rest your elbow on it. Lean forward slowly and breathe deeply. This loosens the shoulder muscles and gives relief within moments.
- The video also demonstrates a stretch for rhomboid pain, which can be sharp and uncomfortable. Sit on a chair, place one hand behind your neck, and hold your bicep with the other hand. Gently pull backward 10 to 15 times. This opens up the upper back and eases the tightness near the spine.
- For people with pain running along the spine, another simple move is shown. Sit on a chair and hold both ends of a towel. Move your hands up and down while pulling the towel slightly. This stretches the back and shoulder area and reduces stiffness.
- The last exercise focuses on the latissimus dorsi, found on the side of the back. Place your right thumb on a doorframe, lean your body in the opposite direction, and breathe in and out. Hold for a few seconds and release. This helps loosen the side-back muscles and reduce discomfort.
