Latur, Jun 3 (PTI) Three persons, including two minor students, were killed in two separate road accidents in Latur district of Maharashtra, police said on Wednesday.
The accidents occurred on June 2 and 3, they said.
In the first incident that took place on Tuesday at a junction on the Nanded-Latur highway, 57-year-old Pandit Namdev Pawar, a resident of Shankarnagar Tanda in Chakur tehsil, was killed after his motorcycle was hit by another vehicle.
In the second accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in Latur city, two minor students were killed when the motorcycle they were riding collided with a truck when they were on their way to their coaching class.
According to police, one of the minors had taken the motorcycle without informing his
