Gurugram, Sep 29 (PTI) Gurugram police on Tuesday has arrested the accused Thar driver for rash and negligent driving and hitting a motorcycle on Dwarka Expressway, police said, adding that the SUV used in the incident had already been recovered.
A purported dashcam video showed a recklessly driven black Mahindra Thar Roxx cutting through traffic late night of September 26, hitting the bike on its way, and then speeding away on the highway.

The police traced the motorcycle rider Rajesh Kumar and the pillion rider Dinesh, who were involved in the accident, and recorded their statements under Section 180 of the BNSS.
On Tuesday, the police team arrested the accused vehicle driver, Manmeet, a resident of Mundhal Khurd, Bhiwani district, from Gurugram. He was duly joined in the investigation, said police.
