IndiGo Flight Status News Today Live Updates: As IndiGo’s operational chaos and nationwide disruption enter day 6 today, the airlines claim to have restored 95 per cent connectivity. However, on Sunday morning, over 100 flights are cancelled in Hyderabad. Customers continue to share their ordeal and several are still stranded across airports in the country.
IndiGo, in a statement on social media, said that it will revamp its network, and it aims to run more than 1,500 flights today (December 7) and has already restored over 95% of its connectivity, operating to 135 of 138 destinations.
As per a reports by PTI, the aviation watchdog DGCA on Saturday issued show cause notices to IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers and Accountable Manager Isidro Porqueras seeking
explanations within 24 hours.
“… as the CEO, you are responsible for ensuring effective management of the airline but you have failed in your duty to ensure timely arrangements for conduct of reliable operations and the availability of requisite facilities to the passengers,” DGCA said in the notice sent to Elbers.
