Tirupati, April 15 (PTI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday visited the Integrated Command Control Center here after offering prayers at the Lord Venkateswara temple.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials received the Delhi CM upon her arrival at the Vaikuntham Queue Complex and accompanied her during the visit.
“Gupta visited the Integrated Command Control Center after darshan of Lord Venkateswara,” said an official press release from the temple body.
TTD Additional Executive Officer CH Venkayya Chowdary briefed her on the functioning of the centre, including predictive analytics used for monitoring devotees’ crowd.
He also explained systems related to ‘laddu prasadam’ preparation, traffic management, and coordination of accommodation
facilities, the release added.
The Delhi Chief Minister lauded the efforts of TTD in ensuring the safety of devotees, it said.
TTD is the official custodian of Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirupati, the richest Hindu shrine in the world. PTI MS ROH
