Actor Rashmika Mandanna, who is currently enjoying the success of her latest release Thamma, has expressed her desire to collaborate with Telugu superstar Prabhas in a future project. Rashmika has already
shared the screen with several prominent names including Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Allu Arjun.
During a recent “Ask Me Anything” session on X (formerly Twitter), a fan asked the actor if she could team up with Prabhas. The fan’s playful question read, “Possible to work vth India’s Biggest Superstar #Prabhas? If it happens please collect my body in theatre my Rashuuu.”
Responding with good humour, Rashmika wrote, “I love it.. I hope Prabhas sir see’s this message and I hope we really do work together on something special soon!”

In the past, there had been speculation that Rashmika was being considered to star opposite Prabhas in filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming project Spirit. However, the role eventually went to Deepika Padukone, who later exited the film. Following her departure, Tripti Dimri was brought on board. Notably, both Rashmika and Tripti previously appeared in Vanga’s 2023 hit Animal, opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
Rashmika has had a busy year with multiple releases, including Chhaava, Sikander, and Kuneraa. Her most recent outing, Thamma, directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Maddock Films, has received favourable reviews. The film marks the fifth instalment in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe (MHCU), following Stree, Bhediya, Munjya, and Stree 2. It features Ayushmann Khurrana, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal alongside Rashmika.
Thamma follows reporter Alok Goyal (Ayushmann Khurrana), who encounters a mysterious woman named Tadaka (played by Rashmika) during a hiking expedition. Their forbidden romance leads him into the hidden world of betal—vampiric beings rooted in Indian folklore. The next film in the MHCU, Shakti Shalini, will reportedly feature Saiyaara star Aneet Padda in the lead role.
