Rannvijay Singha Begins Filming Mismatched 4, Drops Glimpses From First Day Of Shoot: ‘So Grateful For Sid’

Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf are all set to return in the fourth and final season of their much-loved Netflix series Mismatched, and fans have been eagerly waiting for updates. Rannvijay Singha, who plays Professor Siddharth in the series, has now shared photos from the sets of Mismatched 4 as he began shooting for the series recently. The pictures also feature Vidya Malavade, who plays Zeenat Karim in the series. In his caption, Rannvijay wrote that the team is working hard to give the story the ending that it deserves.

On Thursday, Rannvijay Singha shared several photos from the sets of Mismatched 4 on Instagram. The first image features Vidya Malavade, while the others offer glimpses of various members of the team. The final photo shows “Sid”

written outside Rannvijay’s vanity van.

In his caption, the actor wrote, “First day of shoot of #mismatched #season4 , have lived this character for 7 odd years and I’m so grateful and thankful for Sid. We are putting in everything to give this story the ending that it deserves.. let’s go. Welcome to the family @divyangt our captain for this one.” Check out the post below!

Needless to say, fans were thrilled to see the glimpses and were excited about the return of fourth season of Mismatched. Rannvijay’s brother Harman Singha commented, “Wooohooooo!!! Sid sir is back.” One fan wrote, “Season 4 jldi aaoooo,” while another one commented, “Can’t wait to see you all.”

After the third season premiered on Netflix in December 2024, Mismatched was renewed for a fourth and final season, which is expected to release in 2026.  Last year, in December, several photos and videos of the lead pair Rohit Saraf and Prajakta Koli shooting for the series at Marine Drive, Mumbai, went viral.

Mismatched returns with its fourth season under the direction of Divyang Thakkar and is created by Gazal Dhaliwal. The Netflix series is produced by Ronnie Screwvala. Season 4 continues to be led by Rohit Saraf and Prajakta Koli, with Vidya Malvade, Rannvijay Singha, Ahsaas Channa, Taaruk Raina, Muskkaan Jaferi and Abhinav Sharma returning in key roles as the coming-of-age drama moves into its next chapter.
