Delhi, Jun 19 (PTI) A fire broke out at a namkeen manufacturing factory in Dwarka’s Nand Vihar area in the early hours of Friday, a Delhi Fire Service official said.
The DFS received multiple calls about the blaze near Dwarka Metro Station in Sector 16A at 1 am, and fire tenders were rushed to the spot.
The flames spread through the tin-shed factory premises. A total of eight firefighting vehicles were deployed to control the blaze.
The fire was brought under control by around 1.40 am, and cooling operations continued till about 3.30 am.
No casualty or injury was reported in the incident, the DFS official said. PTI BM MPL MPL
