mammoth salary have often surfaced each season, and now Negi has responded, calling the host “worth every penny.”

In a conversation with India Today, Negi clarified that the contract details are between Salman and JioHotstar. “This contract is between him and JioHotstar, so I am not privy to that. But whatever the rumour is, whatever it is, he is worth every penny. For me, as long as he is there on my weekend, I am a happy person,” he said.

Producer Says Salman Shares Deep Emotional Connection With Show
Negi also opened up about the recurring rumours that Salman Khan might quit the reality show after each season. He admitted that there have been such conversations in the past but emphasised the emotional bond Salman now shares with Bigg Boss.

“But I think now even he has a huge emotional connection with this show. And that you see it playing out when he is on stage because, you know, the way he gets involved in a discussion or the way he gets involved in a mudda (issue), as we call it, is because it comes from within,” Negi explained.

‘We’re Lucky He Always Says Yes,’ Says Producer
The producer further mentioned that despite Salman’s occasional reluctance, he has always agreed to return. “Some seasons he has been, like, ‘I can’t do any more,’ but till now, we have been lucky that he has always said yes. Much before we go on the floor, we go sit with him, talk to him, brief him on the broadcasting that we are doing, all of that,” Negi added.
