Kangana Ranaut recently set social media buzzing after she was spotted wearing traditional green bangles and a mangalsutra, sparking widespread speculation about whether she had secretly tied the knot. Addressing the rumours on Friday, the actress-turned-politician took to Instagram to clear the air, while also questioning why her choice of traditional accessories had become such a major talking point online.

Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram stories and shared a papped video of herself. She can be seen donning an ethnic outfit along with a mangalsutra and green bangles. While clarifying the same, the actress claimed that she was getting numerous calls, wondering

why it was such a big deal. She also revealed that she wouldn’t get married secretly. Her note read, “I am filming in and around the city every single day, some one clicked this random picture with character make up and now I am getting so many phone calls, but what is the big deal about the married woman look? In another post, Kangana revealed that she was shooting outdoors in the heat wave. She added, “News anchors from their AC studios are complaining about the temperature and heat wave outside, what about those like us who are filming outdoors with loads of added lights and enclosed spaces, ha ha stop complaining guys, life is great for as long as it’s challenging you feel alive if it’s easy and predictable it’s like death, happy summer.”

Meanwhile, Kangana was busy shooting for her upcoming film, Queen 2, and her viral look is for it. A source recently told HT, “Kangana has started shooting for Queen 2 in Mumbai and she was in Gaiety when she had to rush. She had to visit a dentist and didn’t get any time to change her costume. She is not married, that was just part of her look. She had no idea that paparazzi were waiting outside and didn’t have time to explain anything.”

On the work front, the actress also has Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata in the pipeline. It is set to hit theatres on June 12.
