Preity Zinta, Suniel Shetty, Pankaj Tripathi Join 18-Member CBFC Board; Suriya-Jyotika Renew Their Vows

The Government of India has reconstituted the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with 18 members. Actors Preity Zinta, Suniel Shetty, Pankaj Tripathi and Rupali Ganguly are among the names on the new board. Filmmaker Priyadarshan and musician Ricky Kej are also part of the 18-member board.

The filmmaker was earlier attached to present the Vishal Chaturvedi-directed spiritual drama through Fortune Four Cinemas. However, the deal between Trivikram and the film’s team has reportedly fallen through, leaving the Telugu release plans uncertain.
