Delhi, Sep 29 (PTI) Apraava Energy has acquired special purpose vehicle Raigad Power Transmission to develop an intrastate transmission project across Pune and Raigad districts in Maharashtra.
The development marks Apraava’s first transmission asset in Maharashtra, the company said in a statement.
The company said it has acquired the SPV through a Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB).
