Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Arham Technologies Ltd is stepping up its expansion plans in India’s consumer electronics market after reporting strong FY26 growth across revenue, profitability and operations. The Raipur-based company posted a 70 percent YoY rise in revenue from operations to ₹118.56 crore in FY26, compared to ₹69.89 crore in the previous financial year. Profit after tax increased 67.75 percent to ₹12.20 crore, while EBITDA rose 50 percent to ₹19.03 crore, reflecting continued momentum in the company’s manufacturing and distribution business.
The company said demand across product categories, wider market reach and investments in manufacturing capabilities contributed to the growth during the year.
Arham Technologies Ltd operates consumer
electronics brands STARSHINE and ARATTON and manufactures Smart LED televisions, ceiling fans, air coolers, washing machines, mixer grinders and other appliances from its facility in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
CFO & Director Mr. Ankit Jain said the company is entering a new phase of growth backed by manufacturing expansion, stronger distribution and increasing brand visibility across Indian markets.
The company has also sharpened its branding push with the appointment of actor Vicky Kaushal as the brand ambassador for STARSHINE. The move is aimed at increasing visibility across urban centres as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, where consumer demand for organised electronics brands continues to rise.
“His connection with both urban consumers and the heart of rural India mirrors exactly where STARSHINE is headed,” Jain said.
“As we look ahead, Arham Technologies is entering a defining phase of scalable, capex-led growth, supported by strong acceptance of our STARSHINE brand across Bharat and a clear focus on building a leading Premium Mass-Market consumer electronics brand,” Jain said.
He added that the company has already invested significantly in preparation for the next phase of demand growth.
“We have made the investments in capacity, distribution and product range to meet the incremental demand that this brand visibility will generate,” he said.
As part of its broader growth strategy, Arham Technologies raised ₹53.5 crore through a preferential issue to strengthen manufacturing infrastructure, expand distribution reach and accelerate growth in higher-margin categories.
Alongside brand expansion, Arham Technologies is also investing in backward integration to improve operational efficiency and supply chain control. During the year, the company acquired 6,350 square metres of land at the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster in Nava Raipur at a highly subsidized cost. The facility is expected to support moulding, sheet metal, motors and packaging operations.
“We also advanced our backward integration strategy through the acquisition of land at EMC, Raipur, which provides a strong structural cost advantage,” Jain said.
The company also strengthened its technology portfolio during the year after securing Google EDLA certification with Android 14 for its Interactive Flat Panel Displays, expanding its presence in smart classrooms and institutional solutions.
Industry analysts say regional electronics manufacturers are increasingly benefiting from rising domestic demand, policy support for local manufacturing and growing consumer preference for organised brands in non-metro markets.
Looking ahead, Jain said the company remains focused on scaling operations, improving efficiencies and strengthening its national presence.
“Reflecting our confidence in the sustained demand environment and the strong industry tailwinds supporting domestic consumer electronics, we are confident of achieving our guidance of 300 Crs. by FY28,” he said.
