Reality TV star and actor Baseer Ali, who recently had an altercation with a cameraperson in Mumbai, is yet again making headlines. A video of Baseer from a nightclub event in Pune is going viral on social media. The video is from a nightclub event held in Pune on June 7, in which Baseer was seen trying to defuse the situation.
Unlike his previous controversies, this timeBaseer Ali was not involved in the fight but was stepping in to calm the situation and separate two individuals involved in a physical confrontation. Baseer was at the nightclub to host the launch of Maidaan Ka Championship, India’s first combat entertainment and MMA reality show. He was joined by reality TV star Kevin Almasifar, who is known for his appearances on Splitsvilla
and Roadies.
This altercation comes just weeks after an earlier controversy involving Baseer made headlines. It was during Prince Narula’s party when Baseer confronted a man outside the venue for allegedly passing distasteful comments about the women present there.
What happened after the Prince Narula party?
As per a Reddit post, a person was passing sly comments about the Splitsvilla contestants. They informed Baseer Ali about it, who then started accompanying them. However, during his exit, when the cameraperson did not stop, Baseer confronted him, which sparked a fight between them. The situation escalated, and a video of Baseer grabbing the man by the neck and hitting him during a heated altercation went viral.
As soon as the video surfaced online, many netizens started backing Baseer. One user wrote, “If this post is true, then kudos to Baseer for standing up for his female colleagues/friends and shame on the likes of Prince Narula, jo virtual life mein apne ko He-Man dikhaate hain.” Another comment read, “This glorification of people just because they are less well-off has got to stop. Indian paps are gross and pass vulgar comments/sexual innuendos on women all the time; it’s fuc**ng uncomfortable to watch.” A third comment read, “Paps are disgusting and they always pass the most vulgar comments, especially on women. Complete respect, Baseer.”
