Alia Bhatt fans were recently left surprised after a viral photo claimed that the actress would be attending the first episode of Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent 2. While there has been no official announcement regarding the same as of now, a social media user has revealed that Alia will indeed be attending IGL season two episode one.
Recently, a user named Roshan Sahu took to his Instagram handle and dropped a video claiming he attended the recently shot India’s Got Latent 2 episode. “I was amongst the 80 people who attended this episode live and the show was terrific,” he said.
Sahu confirmed that Alia Bhatt was the special guest on the episode and added, “I am a fan of Samay and I booked the ticket just to see raw Samay performing live. During
the first 15 minutes of the show, when Samay was performing alone, recalling the incidents of season one, he looked super nervous but as the panel joined, he was in his full zone. The whole show was as hilarious as season one.”

Reportedly, Alia Bhatt will be seen promoting her upcoming movie, Alpha, in India’s Got Latent episode. The film, also starring Sharvari in the lead, is the first female-led installment of Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe. Alpha, which also features Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol, is set to hit the theatres on July 10, 2026.
Meanwhile, Samay Raina confirmed the second episode of his controversial India’s Got Latent during his ‘Still Alive’ act. “People keep asking me, will this show come back? I will bring the show, bro. I wanna do a wild, wild f***ing show. I’m gonna take away all your phones. And the first question I will ask the contestant, ‘would you rather…?’ And rahi baat India’s Got Latent ki, log poochte rehte hain mujhse, kya yeh show wapas aayega? Let me rephrase that, I don’t think isse high point pe mere show ka season 1 end ho sakta tha,” he said.
