Delhi, Aug 12 (PTI) Aries Agro Ltd on Wednesday posted a rise in profit to Rs 14.84 crore during the June quarter on higher sales.
Its net profit stood at Rs 9.93 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Total revenue rose 16 per cent to Rs 237.05 crore for the April-June period of the 2026-27 fiscal year, up from Rs 204.77 crore.
Expenses remained higher at Rs 167.96 crore as against Rs 146.66 crore in the said period.
The board has approved re-appointment of Rahul Mirchandani as Managing Director of the company for five years with effect from April 1, 2027. PTI LUX TRB
