New Delhi, Jul 24 (PTI) The initial public offer of Xtranet Technologies Ltd received 1.96 times subscription on the second day of bidding on Friday.
The IPO got bids for 1,80,53,970 shares against 91,93,800 shares on offer, as per NSE data.
The category for retail investors fetched 2.50 times subscription, while the quota for non institutional investors got subscribed 2.12 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) received 91 per cent subscription.
The initial public offering of Xtranet Technologies Ltd was fully subscribed on the first day of bidding on Thursday.
Ahead of the IPO, Xtranet Technologies allotted 39.40 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 127 apiece, raising about Rs 50 crore.
The IPO will close on July 27. The price band
for the public offer has been fixed at Rs 120-127 per share.
The company offers a wide range of IT & IT-enabled services.
Share India Capital Services Private Ltd is the book-running lead manager to the offer.
