actor’s charismatic presence, style of hosting, and interesting interactions with contestants. In the latest episode, the host welcomed young contestant Reyansh Singh Rajpal to the hot seat.
Hailing from Akola, Maharashtra, the young contestant not only impressed audiences with his knowledge but also with his heartwarming reason for being on the show. Reyansh revealed that he wishes to use his winnings to help his father in his business and buy a restaurant for him.
“My father has an interest in food, and I wish to use the amount to buy him a restaurant,” he shared, adding with a smile, “Chicken biryani is the best medicine in the world. It can cure anything.”
Reyansh Singh’s Love For Books
During the conversation, the little one revealed that he is an avid reader and anime fan. Reyansh’s father joined in and revealed that the boy once asked for books instead of a party for his birthday. Not one or two, Reyansh made him 23 sets of the popular anime series Demon Slayer.
Reyansh Singh Corrects Amitabh Bachchan’s Pronunciation
During the game, the actor was asking him a French phrase: “In which language would ‘je m’appelle’ mean ‘my name is’?” Before Big B could give the options, Reyansh corrected his pronunciation.
The correction left Bachchan playfully slapping himself and apologising, much to the amusement of the audience. Reyansh then shared his ambition of becoming a full-time French teacher.
Reyansh Singh’s Smart Gameplay
He used the audience poll lifeline for the Rs 1 lakh question that read, “Which of these buildings in the US has the phrase ‘Equal Justice Under Law’ inscribed above its front entrance?” Going with the audience’s suggestion, he correctly answers the Supreme Court.
In the Super Sandook round, Reyansh won Rs 90,000 points and revived the Gyanastra lifeline. For the Rs 7.5 lakh question, he was asked, “Which Indian tennis player reached his first Grand Slam men’s doubles semifinal at the 2025 US Open?” He chose Ramkumar Ramanathan (C) initially, but the correct answer was Somdev Devvarman (B).
Upon switching the question using Gyanastra, he correctly answered, “Which of these names is given to organs or glands which secrete hormones into the bloodstream?”
For the Rs 12.5 lakh question, he was asked, “Which glacier in India is the second-longest glacier outside the polar regions? A. Gangotri, B. Zemu, C. Siachen, D. Kolahoi.”
Reyansh chose to quit but guessed Gangotri (A) before leaving. The correct answer was Siachen (C).
Though he didn’t attempt the final question, Reyansh left with a proud smile, knowing he was a step closer to fulfilling his father’s dream.
