Salman asked Mridul what he had expected from Bigg Boss by shielding the two contestants, to which he replied that he didn’t want just Ashnoor and Abhishek to be nominated. Salman then slammed Mridul for his decision, warning that even if he wins the show, this season will not be remembered in his name.
Salman Khan Slams Mridul Tiwari’s Decision During Bigg Boss 19 Weekend Ka Vaar
The latest promo of Bigg Boss 19 shows Salman Khan confronting Mridul about his decision to spare Abhishek Bajaj and Ashnoor Kaur from nominations. “Mridul, jab aapne in dono ko nominate hone se bachaya, us waqt aap Bigg Boss se exactly kya expect kar rahe the? (Mridul, when you saved these two from being nominated, what exactly were you expecting from Bigg Boss?).” Mridul replied, “Nomination mein sirf ye dono nahi hone chahiye. (Only these two should not be in the nominations).” Salman Khan then told him that in the Bigg Boss 19 house, one has to pay the price for everything.
He also added that he thought Mridul was wise, and would make the right decision, but he didn’t. “Matlab wapas se aapne prove kar diya ki aap mein wo samajh hi nahi hai. Dusro ke paap ginaane se humare paap kam nahi hojate. Ye show kal aap jeet bhi jaate hai to ise yaad aapke naam se nahi kiya jayega. (You have once again proved that you don’t have that understanding. Counting others’ mistakes doesn’t reduce our own. Even if you win the show tomorrow, this season will not be remembered in your name),” said Salman.
For the unversed, Abhishek Bajaj and Ashnoor Kaur violated house rules and were seen talking in the swimming pool without their mics, even after repeated warnings by Bigg Boss. The rule‑violation was shown to all housemates and they were asked to decide whether the two should be directly nominated as punishment. When the housemates couldn’t come up with a unanimous decision, the decision-making power went to captain Mridul Tiwari, who voted to not nominate just Ashnoor and Abhishek.
As a result, Bigg Boss punished the entire house (except Ashnoor, Abhishek and Mridul) by nominating them all for eviction.
