The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the result of the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) January 2026 session today, January 20. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their scorecards on the official website, icsi.edu. Candidates can log in using their application number and date of birth to download the CSEET November scorecard PDF.
“Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test, January, 2026 Session will be uploaded on the website of Institute: www.icsi.edu immediately after declaration of result for downloading by Candidates for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of Result-cum-Marks Statement shall be issued to the Candidates,” states
the official notice by ICSI.

Step 1: Visit the official website: icsi.edu.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘CSEET Result January 2026’.
Step 3: A new login window will open, now enter your application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Click on the Submit button.
Step 5: ICSI CSEET January 2026 result will appear on the screen in PDF format.
Step 6: Download and save the PDF for future reference.
ICSI CSEET January 2026 Result Out: What’s Next?
ICSI CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). It is the mandatory qualifying test for students who wish to join the CS Executive Programme.
In simple terms, CSEET is the first step to becoming a Company Secretary. It assesses a candidate’s aptitude in areas like business communication, legal reasoning, economic and business environment, and logical reasoning. Only after clearing CSEET can a candidate register for the CS Executive course.
The ICSE CSEET exam was conducted in remote proctored mode on January 10, 2026. However, the exam was rescheduled on January 12 for students who faced technical issues.
CSEET Passing Criteria
To pass the CSEET exam, it is mandatory for the candidates to obtain the minimum qualifying marks set by the institute. A minimum of 40 per cent marks is required in each paper. The aggregate marks are 50 per cent.
