About Keerthy Suresh’s projects
Keerthy Suresh, who recently appeared in the Telugu movie Uppu Kappurambu, has projects like Kannivedi and Revolver Rita lined up for release, showcasing her desire to work in a variety of genres. Ani IV Sasi’s comedy-drama Uppu Kappurambu tells the tale of a young woman who becomes the unexpected leader of her community.
Keerthy Suresh’s previous Malayalam film Vaashi received mixed reviews from viewers. She also starred in the highly acclaimed Tamil film Maamannan, which was praised by viewers.
Keerthy made her Bollywood debut in Baby John, the official remake of the Vijay starrer Theri. The actress will next be featured opposite Vijay Deverakonda in a Telugu film, directed by Ravi Kiran Kola.
Antony Varghese’s work front
Pepe will next play the lead in Kattalan, which is being produced by Marco’s Cubes International. He was last seen in Daveed (2025). In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Pepe expressed his desire to look beyond action flicks.
Following a string of hits like RDX, Ajagathantharam and Jallikattu, Pepe claimed to have discovered a pattern in the scores of scripts that are sent to him daily. “The background of the stories may vary, but the bottom line is the same. Most of them do not look beyond action when it’s for me,” Pepe said.
Although he acknowledged that he enjoys playing action roles, he has grown somewhat disinterested in the characters that are presented to him.
