Vijay, Trisha Visit Grieving Ajith Kumar After His Mom’s Death; Madhuri Defends Aishwarya Rai Against Trolls

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and actor-turned-politician Vijay visited actor Ajith Kumar’s residence in Chennai on Saturday to offer condolences following the death of Ajith’s mother, Mohini Mani. Vijay was accompanied by actress Trisha Krishnan during the visit, with video clips showing the actress arriving alongside him and paying her respects to the bereaved family. Videos from outside the residence showed Vijay arriving amid tight security, flanked by his security personnel as he made his way into Ajith’s home.

She said that while people have always made remarks, earlier there were limited platforms for such opinions, whereas now social media gives everyone an immediate outlet to comment freely. Defending her Devdas co-star, Madhuri said that Aishwarya has represented India globally for over two decades at Cannes, and that she cannot be reduced to a number on the scale.
